Instructions for Late Model Roadmaster Motorhome Chassis (Pre-2006)
(Monaco, Holiday Rambler, Beaver, Safari)
for negative switched brake light switches
Location of negative switched brake signal:
Wire # 102 ? Brake Signal: All have Monaco Box #1 & 2 (or 2a) in the left
front electrical box.
Models: Simba RD, Cheetah (after 2003), Santiam, Diplomat, Endeavor,
Knight, Ambassador, Windsor, Imperial, Gazelle, Diplomat SE, Camelot, Scepter
OR
Wire #113 ? Brake Signal: All Have Monaco Box #3 in the left front electrical
box.
Models: Baron, LaPalma Diesel, Vacationer Diesel, Cayman, Neptune, some
early Knight & Ambassador models identifiable by their having Monaco Box #3 in
the left front electrical box.
(Orange wire may need to be extended to electrical center located in front compartment on driver side.)
You will need one each Universal Relay rated for 10-15 amps with 4 terminals (#30, #85, #86, #87)

models listed under "Wire # 102".
Location for models listed under "Wire # 113" is in Monaco box #3 in the left
front electrical box.
